Returns & Refunds

The short version

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Start by email — we authorize returns in writing so there is no ambiguity about where to send anything.

How to return

1. Email harisleadgen8+microhub@gmail.com with your order reference and the item.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with all accessories and the box contents listed on its product page.
4. On arrival we inspect the item; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Conditions

Items must be unused and complete. Microscopes that have been disassembled, or accessories consumed in use (opened cleaning solution, used slides), cannot be returned as unused. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, that is a warranty matter — see the Warranty Policy — and return shipping for faults is on us.

Refunds

Approved refunds cover the item price. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or a fault. You will receive an email when your refund is issued.
