The store

MicroHub is a new US microscope store operating a sample catalog. Prices are sample prices based on current US market reference points, in USD. Product images are representative photographs of each product class, and specifications describe the sample products as listed.

Orders

An order is a request until confirmed by our email reply, which states the final price, shipping and payment instructions. Online payment is not processed on this site at this time. We may decline or cancel an unconfirmed request; confirmed orders follow the shipping, returns and warranty policies published here.

Product information

We work to keep specifications accurate and honest — including stating the derivation of magnification figures. If an error slips through, tell us and we will correct it; material errors affecting a confirmed order entitle you to cancel it before dispatch.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable US law. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Microscopes are observation instruments; they do not authenticate items or provide medical diagnosis, and listings state those limits where relevant.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when your order is confirmed governs that order.
