Shipping Policy

This policy describes how orders from MicroHub are shipped within the United States. Because online payment is being set up and orders are currently confirmed by email, the confirmation email for your order restates the shipping terms that apply to it — if anything here and the confirmation differ, the confirmation governs.

Processing

Confirmed orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. You receive a dispatch email with tracking details when the parcel leaves.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer. Estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and weather and carrier events can extend them.

Costs

Shipping charges, if any, are stated in your order confirmation before payment — never added afterwards. There are no hidden handling fees.

Damaged or missing parcels

Photograph any visible damage before opening, and email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference. Missing parcels: check tracking first, then contact us and we will open a carrier trace.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address in your order. Please check the ZIP code carefully at checkout — the form validates the format, but only you can confirm the address is yours.
